Netigate
Netigate is a SaaS company founded in 2005 whose purpose is to promote the customer, employee and consumer voice in everyday business decisions to help its customers focus on the right activities. With offices in 5 countries, Netigate’s feedback, survey and customer experience platforms are used by over 1500 brands globally. In 2022 Netigate received a major strategic investment from GRO Capital. In 2024 Netigate acquired Finland-based Lumoa, who provide a customer experience platform offering generative AI technology, which enables users to have real-time surveys, public reviews, support contacts, and more in one place.
